Administrator (Columbia MD)

Looking for full-time experienced administrator to join fast paced commercial photography company in Columbia, Maryland.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Ideal candidate is personable, works well in team environment, establishes good relationships with team members and clients. Administrator is responsible for providing customer service to clients; answering a multi-line phone system; managing emails; placing orders; managing photography and design schedules; maintaining Quickbooks and troubleshooting issues within process and workflow. Candidates should have experience as a administrator, have exceptional organizational skills and should be articulate in conveying instructions regarding work to be performed.To be considered candidates must be trained and experienced in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office.

In addition to above, we are looking for a person with high energy; initiative; professional attitude; great attention to detail and ability to work long hours to meet customer turn around times.
